I’m Olivia, owner and lead coordinator at LivB Events & Wedding Coordination, based in Charlotte, NC. I’m so glad you made your way here!

A little over two years ago, I married the love of my life and discovered my obsession with weddings. While many of my friends found the planning process stressful, I found it invigorating. From timelines to table settings, I loved every detail.

After my own wedding, the next year and a half consisted of me involving myself in any wedding I could get my hands on, friends, family, coworkers, you name it! If there was a timeline to make or a seating chart to organize, I was there. Then, in June 2025, I finally worked up the courage to make it official and launch my Instagram page. Since then, I’ve been incredibly blessed to be quickly booking up for 2026.

When I’m not coordinating your dream day, I’m working as a speech pathologist, helping children find their voice and communicate to the best of their abilities, a career that has taught me patience, creativity, and the joy of connection with my students and their families.

Outside of work, you can find me thrifting, sipping coffee, or hanging out with my orange cat. So lets grab a beverage and get to know each other better!
